OK, so maybe not every week! I've been slow off the mark this year and this week's photos were actually taken a couple of weeks ago while we were still on holiday. It was late one afternoon and we took sundowners down to the beach to enjoy the perfect weather and to give the kids time to roll in the sand …

Daniel: he tried to warm-up by lying on the warm sand after running into the freezing cold Atlantic Ocean fully clothed.

Emma: it was her first time at the beach. Ever. How amazing to think of all the firsts she still has to experience in her life. If the rest is as joyful as playing with sand, a life of adventure awaits!
