Today was the first day of the new academic year and Daniel is now in Grade 2. I love these photos from previous years. His interests are more of less the same, but it is undeniable how much he has grown. What you cannot see on these pics though, is just how much he has grown into his own person. The boy I dropped at school today was confident and happy to be there. That made this mother's heart proud and grateful.
